Stupid Ventures

IspyM is now live. We've got new posts flowing in every day even a user or two who isn't related to us. Some features include the ability to post conversations with anonymity as well as rating every post to let other know what's good and what's not worth reading.

IspyM.com', is offically in private beta and is undergoing it's first rounds of heavy testing and usage. The site's main focus is the sharing of instant message conversations. Users can post, rate, and share interesting or funny conversations for everyone to enjoy.

On the technical side, this is Stupid Ventures first foray into using Ruby on Rails as it's server-side technology. It's all the rage so we decided to give it a test run and so far found it very enjoyable to program in. We've chosen HostingRails.com as our rails host due to reviews, pricing, and general customer support. We recommend them if your just starting out or need to a few dedicated servers for your app.

In the upcoming weeks you should hear more about IspyM and it's public release!!!

Wahoo the blog is up and running. We are using a sweet PHP flat file based blog for our needs. It took all of about 3 minutes to set up.

So this is the OFFICIAL blog of Stupid Ventures. There are a lot of unoffical blogs, but this one is direct from the stupid minds that have created stupid ventures. Brilliant.
